Burial support provides funds directly to the funeral homes.  It is encouraged that families seek the guidance of social workers or palliative care providers at their hospital or clinic.  TSSF can work directly with these healthcare providers and funeral homes to cover needed expenses.  Typical cost covers: burial plot, small funeral at burial site and casket. 

If a care package is sent to grieving families then information about our other services have already been provided.  The grieving family will have the option to register for additional support.
